Are your prices in CAD or USD?
- All are prices are in CAD - no exchange rate, hidden fees, or customs duties here! Canada-wide shipping is an additional charge, calculated at checkout.
How long until I get my order?
- Order processing typically takes 2-4 weeks, however if all your items are in stock at the time of placing your order, there is a high likelihood of a quicker processing time. Since we import most of our products manually from the USA, this 2-4 week processing time accounts for the pickup of any out of stock products. Once your order has been packaged and ready to go, shipping takes an average of 4-6 business days. Unfortunately we can't guarantee next-day shipping - we aren't Amazon! ;)
Where do you ship?
- We ship all across Canada - flat rate shipping of $20 to all provinces and $30 for all territories. Orders over $200 ship for free!
Can I meet you somewhere to pickup my order instead of having it shipped?
- Absolutely! If you're local to Simcoe County or the Niagara Region, please reach out to arrange a pickup/meetup location.
Didn't Earthley stop shipping to Canada? How do you get your products?
- Yes, unfortunately Earthley did stop shipping directly to Canadian addresses, but luckily that doesn't stop us! We get our orders shipped to a USA mailbox, and personally drive across the border to import the products. We handle the exchange rate and customs duties/fees, so you don't have to!
What if I don't see an Earthley product I want to order?
